This is a front-line business development role with a serious appetite for lending, strong credit support behind you, and the freedom to do what top-performing BDMs do best: build relationships, structure deals and get them over the line.

The Role
This is a field-based Business Development Manager position covering South West England, South Wales and the Midlands, responsible for originating new lending opportunities through brokers, introducers and professional referral partners.
You will be selling a full suite of bridging, refurbishment and residential-led development finance, working closely with credit and case management to maximise conversions while maintaining strong portfolio quality.
