Job Description:

Location: Cardiff area

We are looking to appoint a talented Business Development Manager or Account Manager to take the strategic responsibility for identifying and securing business across the Cardiff area, expanding the portfolio of services within new and existing clients and contributing proactively to the development of sales within Managed Print Services, Document Management, IT, Scanning, Outbound & Inbound Mail and Telecoms products. These new Agile product offerings complement our highly successful MPS proposition and will provide further revenue opportunities for the ideal candidate.

 Responsibilities:

• Management of customer relationships, ensuring the service they receive is consistently of the highest quality and maximising commercial opportunities within each account.
• A consultative approach producing and presenting high quality detailed client recommendations.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities to meet monthly targets.
• Networking and maintenance of a strong pipeline of potential new clients.
• Liaising with other team members to ensure an integrated approach that actively promotes sales opportunities, facilitates exchange of information, builds portfolio awareness and customer satisfaction.
• Building own knowledge of technology relating to the industry to promote our complete range of services.
• Reporting of sales activities, challenges, competitor activity, forward plans and performance against KPI’s to Regional Sales Director.

Requirements:

• Proven previous relevant experience in a similar role within the managed print space or providing solution-based products from similar industry would be advantageous
• Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Time Management skills
• Team Player
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM an advantage, but not essential
• Driving License
• Excellent levels of spoken and written English
• The ability to communicate and interpret issues
• Excellent attention to detail
