Business Development Manager (Engineering)

£45,000 - £50,000 + 55K OTE First Year + Uncapped Commission + Company Car + 33 Days Holiday + Progression + Training

Are you a Business Development Manager or similar from an Engineering background looking to join a thriving and well-established company, where you will be the go-to expert for sales and business development, offering further progression opportunities to sales management?

In this role you will be responsible for selling the services of this long-standing business. You will chase prospective clients and maintain existing relationships, meet customers in person, generate leads and prepare quotes for potential works. You will be at the centre of business development and ensure a constant flow of business.

This company has been established for over 70 years and has excelled to the peak of the wastewater industry, supplying domestic properties and facilities with pump stations and anaerobic reactors. They have become a market leader in this field and are looking to continue their stable growth.

This role would suit a salesperson, looking to join a company that will value their development, placing them in the centre of business development, and offer progression to management.

The Role:

• Sell services and develop new business opportunities
• Chase prospective clients and maintain existing relationships
• Generate leads, meet customers and prepare quotes
• Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Site travel up to 3 days per week
• Uncapped commission
