SALARY: £60,000 OTE (includes £35,000 base) + Electric Car + Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid working - minimum 3 days per week in the Coventry office

EZOO has a fantastic new job opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join its growing team within the electric vehicle and employee benefits sector.
As a Business Development Manager you will take ownership of the full B2B sales cycle, from lead generation and prospect qualification through to onboarding and employee launch support. You will engage with HR directors, finance leaders, benefits managers, and C-suite stakeholders to secure new business partnerships.
The successful Business Development Manager will thrive in a target-driven environment and play a key role in driving revenue growth, building commercial relationships, and supporting the adoption of sustainable mobility solutions.
