Our customer is a well-established Fire & Security specialist with a long-standing reputation for delivering tailored fire and security solutions to a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial and public sector clients across the UK.

Salary and Benefits - Business Development Manager

• Salary up to £40,000
• Commission

Key Responsibilities – Business Development Manager

• Generate new business opportunities across Fire & Security solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing commercial clients
• Attend client meetings and site surveys to understand customer requirements
• Produce quotations and proposals tailored to customer needs
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract award
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth project handover
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately update CRM records

Skills and experience – Business Development Manager:

• Previous Business Development or Sales experience within the Fire & Security industry
• Strong knowledge of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems
• Proven track record of winning new business and managing client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Full UK Driving Licence
