A growing luxury residential construction company is looking to appoint a personable, driven and commercially minded Business Development / Client Relationship Manager to help manage and convert a strong pipeline of incoming enquiries.
This is a client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, managing the customer journey and helping deliver exceptional residential projects from initial enquiry through to contract award.
Projects typically range from Β£350kβΒ£3m and include high-end refurbishments, extensions, bespoke homes and design & build schemes across London and the Home Counties.
The Role
You will be the first point of contact for incoming client enquiries, helping guide prospective clients through the pre-construction and sales process.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound enquiries from private clients, architects and referrals
- Arranging and attending initial site visits
- Presenting the company professionally and confidently to prospective clients
- Building relationships with architects, designers and consultants
- Managing the client journey from enquiry through to signed contract
- Coordinating internally with estimating and delivery teams
- Following up quotations, proposals and leads
- Helping maintain a strong pipeline of future work
- Supporting networking and business development activities where required
About You

- Commercial awareness and sales ability
- A proactive and ambitious mindset
- Experience within construction, residential property or a related industry
Existing industry contacts are beneficial but not essential, as the business already generates a strong level of inbound enquiries and architect referrals.
