Business Development Manager

Crawley

Permanent Role

£40,000 to £45,000 per Annum

Looking for a role where you can build relationships, win new business and make a real impact?

We're working with a growing consultancy looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help drive its next stage of growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in sales, business development or a commercial role who wants to develop their skills in a friendly, supportive team.

What this involves:

• Building relationships with existing clients and developing new ones.
• Following up on enquiries and quotations to help convert opportunities into business.
• Researching potential clients and identifying new markets.
• Networking, arranging meetings and helping raise the company's profile.
• Working closely with colleagues to support commercial growth.

Candidate Requirements:

You'll be confident communicating with people, commercially minded and comfortable taking the initiative. Some experience in business development or sales is essential, but environmental sector experience is not required.

You'll receive support to learn the industry, develop your knowledge and grow in the role. You will need a full UK Driving Licence and full right to work in the UK.
