Business Operations Manager

Fareham | £42,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking to play a key role within a growing manufacturing business?

We're recruiting for a well-established manufacturer seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational flow of the business. Leading a team of five, you'll ensure customer orders move efficiently from quotation through to production, whilst providing the planning, reporting and coordination needed to support continued growth.

This is a hands-on role within a lean and ambitious business where you'll work closely with senior leadership and have a genuine influence on how the operation develops over the coming years.

The Role

• Lead and support a team responsible for quotations, order processing and customer support
• Oversee the accurate management of orders within the business system
• Coordinate and schedule work into production to maximise efficiency and on-time delivery
• Produce and analyse KPI and management reports to support decision making
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
• Work closely with Production, Sales and Leadership teams to ensure the smooth running of the business

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an Operations Manager, Office Manager, Business Operations Manager, Production Planning or Manufacturing Operations role
• Background within a manufacturing, engineering or production environment
• Experience leading small teams and driving performance
• Strong organisational, planning and reporting skills
• Confident user of Excel and business systems
• A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency
