Jaydee-Brook is an established and successful Commercial Fit Out Company based in Peterborough.  With over 35 years’ experience in retail, commercial, industrial installations and refurbishments, the Company has built a strong reputation for quality, efficiency and service.

As part of our expansion programme we are currently looking to recruit experienced:

BUYER & WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Location :                   Head Office Peterborough

Hours:                         Full Time – Monday – Friday 7.30am – 5.30pm

Salary :                        Up to £35,000 + p.a – Dependent on Experience

Our Company prides itself on high standards, professionalism and quality of project delivery.  Working with numerous high profile clients, we are looking for experienced person who has a can do attitude to work within our Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with our Estimating Team and arranging material, site services and subsequent costs for tenders
• Sourcing new suppliers and maintaining our existing suppliers database
• Identifying cost reduction opportunities within our supply chain
• Logistical planning of deliveries and services to accommodate the site management teams
• Sourcing and ordering materials, hired in plant and site services
• Working closely with our Operations Manager to manage the day to day order process
• Maintenance of all Jaydee-Brook offices, warehouse & grounds
• Deliveries & collections from sites around the UK
• Cleaning and checking of company vehicles
• Loading & unloading of vehicles
• General upkeep of the warehouse areas
• Tool servicing, maintenance & upkeep / cleanliness.
• The ability & certification to drive a counter-balance forklift is essential due to deliveries of palleted items
  (Training can be provided)

Key Skills, Qualifications & Requirements

• Have a background in Construction / Fit Out industry with a good knowledge of refurbishment based materials
• Have experience with logistical planning and just in time deliveries
• Possess excellent communication, numerical and organisational skills
• Have experience with logistical planning and deliveries
• Be organised, motivated, reliable and able to self-manage and work well with others and has a keen commercial business sense
