Fully Remote (UK Based) | £50,000-£60,000 (Pro Rata) | Full-Time | Temporary | Minimum 6 Months

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a global organisation within the life sciences sector for an experienced Campaign Marketing Manager to support its European marketing team on an initial six-month temporary contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or Marketing Campaign Manager to join a highly respected international business. You'll lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple European markets, working closely with sales, product management, and global marketing teams to deliver measurable commercial results.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager for Europe, you'll be responsible for planning, delivering, and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand, strengthen customer engagement, and support business growth.

Working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll adapt global marketing strategies for regional markets while ensuring campaigns are delivered successfully across multiple digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Duties

• Plan and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns across Europe.

• Adapt global marketing programmes to meet local market requirements.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing Operations teams.

• Develop campaign messaging and marketing content across digital and traditional channels.

• Coordinate email marketing, webinars, events, paid media, and social media campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide analysis, insights, and recommendations.

• Track marketing pipeline contribution and return on investment (ROI).

• Manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Campaign Marketing, Demand Generation, or B2B Marketing role.

• Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

• Experience working closely with commercial and sales teams.

• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.

• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.

• Experience within technology, healthcare, life sciences, or another complex B2B industry would be advantageous.
