Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and professional Car Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership in Merthyr Tydfil. Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

• Selling new and used cars, accessories, finance options, and warranties to meet and exceed sales targets
• Advising customers on vehicle features, warranty, and service arrangements
• Supporting customers through the delivery process and updating clients on progress and delays
• Collecting payments and resolving customer queries efficiently as a Car Sales Executive
• Introducing customers to the Service Department and offering support with post-sale enquiries
• Maintaining excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Working closely with the Sales Manager and a dedicated team focused on delivering excellent service standards

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

• Recent experience in car sales, either in new or used vehicles 
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, helpful attitude
• Motivation and energy to seek every sales opportunity
• Full UK driving licence with minimal points
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and communicate confidently with customers
