Salary: £20,000 basic + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £55,000 – £60,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00 (with one fixed day off each week); Every Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00; 1 in 3 Sundays, 10:00 – 16:00

What You'll Do:

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire vehicle purchasing journey
  
  
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  
  
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable new and used Lexus vehicles
  
  
• Promote finance, insurance, and value-added products
  
  
• Achieve individual sales and profitability targets
  
  
• Maintain accurate customer records using dealership systems
  
  
• Ensure vehicles are presented to the highest standard for customer handover
  
  
• Represent the Lexus brand with professionalism and enthusiasm as a Car Sales Executive
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Previous automotive sales experience is essential, preferably within a premium franchise or high-end independent dealership, with a polished, customer-focused approach.
  
  
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
  
  
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills
  
  
• A motivated, target-driven approach with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
  
  
• Full UK driving licence
