Care Assistant – Fareham & Gosport (Home Care)
Pay: £13.30 - £14.85 per hour
Hours: Guaranteed Hour Contract - MUST HAVE FULL TIME AVAILABILITY

What you’ll be doing As a Care Assistant, you’ll help people remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Every day is different, but you may be:

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with morning routines and daily living tasks
• Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition and hydration
• Helping with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
• Supporting clients to access the community, appointments, and activities
• Building positive relationships with clients and their families

What we’re looking for You don’t need care experience — we’re looking for the right values and attitude.

• Kind, caring and reliable
• Friendly with good communication skills
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
• Aged 18+
• UK resident (visa sponsorship not available)
