Job Description:

GOLD CCDO Site Manager - Mayfair

Project duration: Ongoing

Salary: £300.00per day

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary

Site Hours: 8am to 5pm

UKR Group is looking for an experienced GOLD CCDO Site Manager to start ASAP in a job in Mayfair

Responsibilities:

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

· Coordinate and supervise on-site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.

· Monitor progress against the project plan, addressing delays or issues as they arise.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, carrying out regular site inspections and risk assessments.

· Liaise with the project manager, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain effective communication.

· Manage site logistics, including materials delivery, storage, and waste disposal.

· Keep accurate records of site activity, including labour hours, equipment usage, and incident reports.

· Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets contractual and regulatory requirements.

· Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.

Skills:

· Strong leadership and people management abilities.

· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

· Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.

· Sound knowledge of building methods, materials, and legal regulations.

· Effective communication and negotiation skills.

· Problem-solving and decision-making capability under pressure.

· Competence in project management software and basic IT applications.

· Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Requirements

· GOLD CCDO card

· SMSTS Card

· First Aid

· Proven experience as a site manager or in a similar supervisory role within construction.

· Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and health and safety legislation in the UK.
