Channel Development Manager

📍Location: Watford

💷Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

⏰Working hours: Monday - Friday 37.5hrs a week

As a Channel Development Manager, your mission will be to expand our market presence and revenue opportunities! 🌍

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with international partners focused on certification, accreditation, and sustainable construction products.
• Develop and execute a green-field channel strategy targeting priority markets.
• Build and onboard partners using clear commercial frameworks and mutual value propositions.
• Maintain a structured partner network, including governance and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Commercial, Marketing) for successful market execution.
• Establish onboarding processes and enablement materials for new partners.
• Drive pipeline generation through partner channels and monitor revenue conversions. 💰
• Represent the organisation at industry events and international forums.
• Identify opportunities in sustainability and innovation-led product segments.
• Provide market insight to inform product and commercial strategies.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• Proven experience in business/channel development or partnerships.
• Experience in international markets and remote market entry strategies.
• Strong understanding of the construction product ecosystem.
• Commercial acumen for negotiating win-win partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• A self-starter attitude with a green-field mindset.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across diverse cultures.
