Children'S Residential Support Worker

Belmont Recruitment are currently recruiting for a number of permanent Residential Support Workers and Team Leaders on behalf of a well-established Children's Residential Care provider with homes across Widnes, Warrington and St Helens.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a service dedicated to providing safe, nurturing and therapeutic homes for children and young people who have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect, family breakdown and other adverse life experiences.
About the Service
The homes provide a warm, family-style environment where children and young people are encouraged to feel safe, valued and supported. The aim is to help each child recover from past experiences, build positive relationships, develop life skills and achieve their full potential.
Staff play a crucial role in creating stability and consistency, helping young people overcome challenges and prepare for adulthood, education, employment and independent living.
The Role
As a Residential Support Worker or Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people aged between 8 and 18 years old.
This is a highly rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will act as a positive role model, advocate and mentor, supporting children through both the challenges and achievements of everyday life.
