Job Description:

We are currently recruiting Week / Weekend & Holiday Club Support Workers in Aylesbury & High Wycombe.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children and young people in a supportive, engaging environment.

Key details:

• £13.00 - £13.50 per hour
• Flexible weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Paid training and development opportunities

You'll support a range of activities including sports, creative sessions, and community outings, helping young people build confidence and social skills.

Experience in childcare, youth work, or SEND is beneficial but not essential.

Working Hours

We offer flexible shifts across weekdays, weekends, and school holidays:

Weekday & Holiday Shifts:

• All Day: 08:30 - 17:00
• AM: 08:30 - 11:30
• Noon: 11:15 - 15:00
• PM: 14:00 - 17:00

Weekend Clubs:

• Saturdays (hours vary depending on session)
