Job Description:

Our client, in London is looking for a Fluent Mandarin speaker , IT Operations Manager. This role is 5 days in the office, with a requirement for someone to be onsite to assist with operations work.  

The role will be to support the IT Operations and the server room as well as supporting employees with day-to-day IT support. Experience of Information Security and Cyber Security is required.  The ideal candidate would have worked in a Corporate environment previously.

• Assist Head of IT in managing  IT functions, with a particular focus on IT operations and maintenance.
• Primarily responsible for IT infrastructure, system and network operations and maintenance, production operations management, and related information security activities, ensuring the secure, stable, and efficient operation of  IT environment.
• Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Branch’s IT infrastructure.
• Manage network and core system operations and maintenance.
• Implement HO’s IT operations and maintenance management requirements.
• Manage IT changes, incidents, and problems.
• Participate in disaster recovery, emergency response, and business continuity management.
• Support employees with IT requirements to ensure they have the right technology and support for their day-to-day work.
• Assist to support branch’s information security work and safeguard branch’s network against cybersecurity events.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and third-party technical service providers.
• Support the implementation of the Branch’s IT projects.

This role is 5 days in the office and sponsorship is not available.
