Job Description:

CIVIL ENGINEER
Bristol
Salary £32,000 to £42,000

Looking to step up, take real responsibility, and see your designs built, not just drawn. This is an opportunity for a Civil Engineer to join a growing development infrastructure team and work across highways, drainage and SuDS on residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes from early feasibility through to detailed design and technical approval.

You will join a collaborative consultancy environment where Civil Engineers are encouraged to take ownership, develop client relationships and progress quickly, with clear support toward chartership and long-term career growth.

The role will involve
* Highways and drainage design for development schemes
* S38, S278 and S104 technical approvals
* SuDS and Flood Risk inputs alongside senior engineers
* 3D modelling, cut and fill and earthworks design
* Preparation of drawings, calculations and technical reports
* Liaison with local authorities, statutory bodies and clients
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members

You will ideally have
* A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
* Around 2 to 4 years UK consultancy experience
* Exposure to highways and drainage design for development
* AutoCAD and ideally Civil 3D or similar
* A proactive, organised and career driven mindset
* A desire to progress toward chartership and leadership
