Civil Infrastructure Engineer

I am recruiting for a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy seeking a Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join its growing infrastructure team in Bath.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Infrastructure Engineer looking to work on complex and high-profile projects ranging from local infrastructure schemes to large-scale masterplanning and urban development projects. You'll have the opportunity to influence sustainable infrastructure design while working alongside experienced technical specialists across multiple disciplines.

The Role
As a Civil Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of infrastructure projects from concept through to construction.
You will:

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Review and deliver the design of highways, utilities and sustainable drainage systems.
• Manage project resources, budgets and programme delivery.
• Monitor project financial performance and commercial outcomes.
• Prepare and review technical reports, specifications and design documentation.
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
• Support business development activities and contribute to securing future project opportunities.
• Drive innovation in areas such as low-carbon infrastructure and modern design methodologies.

What You'll Need
To be successful, you will have:

• Strong experience in civil infrastructure design within a consultancy environment.
• Technical expertise in Highways/Utilities/Sustainable Drainage (SuDS)
• Experience delivering multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior engineers.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and drainage design software.
• Membership of a relevant professional institution.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions and continuous improvement.
