Job Description:

Class 1 HGV Drivers Days and Nights - Store Deliveries (Cat C+E)

Omega, Warrington

£21.00 or £23.53 inc hol pay Days

£22.50 or £25.22 inc hol pay Nights 

We have 4on 4off shifts with the following set start times which will be ongoing.  After 12 weeks, the client will employ you directly: -

DAYS                 04:00 / 05:00 / 09:00 / 10:00 /11:00

NIGHTS    16:00 / 18:00 / 21:00 / 22:00 / 23:00 / 02:00

Delivering to their stores across their UK network. Experience in retail / multidrop would be advantageous but not essential, as they provide full training. Drivers will use tail lifts to move roll cages from the trailer to store and will self-tip. Ongoing, consistent work.

Here is what the clients’ criteria is to work here:-

• Hold a valid C&E Driving licence (with a min of 6 months in C&E work)
• No more than 6 minor points on Driving licence
• DCPC Valid card for Driver Certificate of professional competence card
• Good working knowledge of EU Driver hours and WTR rules
• Enjoy working with people at the stores
• Health & Safety awareness

Our drivers can expect Hourly PAYE rates and have the option to accrue holiday pay within their hourly rate or build a holiday pot to be paid when they are on holiday.
