Class 2 Driver – Multi-Drop

Location: Halifax
Salary: £16.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team in Halifax, working on a multi-drop delivery operation across the UK.

This is a physically demanding role involving heavy lifting and manual handling, so applicants must be comfortable with regular loading and unloading of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Completing multi-drop deliveries to customers across the UK.
• Loading and unloading the vehicle.
• Carrying out regular heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately.
• Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers.
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time.
• Complying with all relevant driving, transport and health & safety regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous Class 2 and multi-drop experience preferred.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Good knowledge of UK roads.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible approach to work and delivery schedules.
