As a Cleaner, your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing general cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of responsibly.
• Maintaining cleanliness in communal areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces.
• Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies as needed.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential).
• A strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• An enhanced DBS check (advantageous but not mandatory).

Your day-to-day duties will involve:

• Starting your shift by reviewing the cleaning schedule and prioritizing tasks.
• Cleaning and sanitizing high-traffic areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensuring all cleaning equipment is used and stored correctly.
• Communicating with team members or supervisors regarding any issues or additional tasks.
• Completing your shift with a final check to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
