Job Description:

Cleaning Supervisor (Part Time) – Hampton Centre PE7 – Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for 1 x Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at a busy restaurant site in Hampton Centre, Peterborough (PE7).

This is a temp to perm opportunity, with a permanent position offered after 12 weeks.

Pay & Hours:

• £13.80 per hour
• 12 hours per week
• Weekday start: 6:30am
• Weekend start: 6:00am
• Must be able to work throughout the week and at least 1 weekend day

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting the cleaning team on site
• Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard
• Allocating daily tasks and maintaining performance levels
• Acting as the main point of contact on shift
• Supporting hands-on cleaning where required
• Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years cleaning experience
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience
• Confident managing and supporting a team
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Due to early start times, own transport or reliable commute is essential
