The Opportunity

As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, developing strong partnerships through regular communication, video meetings, and face-to-face interactions.

You'll take the time to understand your clients' businesses, objectives, and challenges, allowing you to proactively identify opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and help them achieve their goals.

This role is about far more than simply managing accounts. You'll be responsible for growing and developing existing client relationships, ensuring KPI and SLA commitments are consistently met, providing ongoing support, and creating innovative solutions to overcome challenges and add value.
