The Role
You'll be the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts — the person clients rely on, and the person internally who makes sure delivery actually happens.
This is not a sales role. It's not about chasing revenue or running marketing campaigns. It's about being excellent at managing relationships, coordinating delivery, and continuously improving how we serve our clients.
