We are looking for a Clinical Lead to join an award-winning care home provider based in Rossendale. This Clinical Lead position comes with an competitive salary of £46,500, sociable working hours, excellent training and development opportunities and more excellent benefits.

Part of an award-winning, luxury nursing home provider, this Clinical Lead role is in a purpose built service that offers the highest standards of residential and nursing care to its residents. This unique service provides care for residents with dementia, neurological conditions and learning disabilities, offering a fantastic opportunity to broaden your clinical skills and gain valuable experience across specialist care.

Duties in this Clinical Lead role:

• Responsibility for monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified care staff.
• Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives.
• Monitoring the well-being of each resident, being aware of any change impacting care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met.
• Acting as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives and visitors, and health and social care professionals.

Criteria to apply:

• Must be a qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Have good knowledge and use of clinical care systems and governance.
• Have prior experience at Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead level within a care home.
