Clinical Registered Manager Location: Glasgow
Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Clinical Registered Manager looking to take on an exciting leadership role? Our client is seeking an accomplished Registered Manager to lead a large, premium nursing home.

The Role As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the safe, compliant and effective day-to-day operation of the nursing home. You will lead from the front, ensuring excellent clinical governance, outstanding resident outcomes and a positive culture for colleagues and families.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home
• Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements, healthcare regulations and internal quality standards
• Leading, supporting and developing clinical teams and other healthcare professionals
• Overseeing the development and delivery of effective, personalised care plans
• Managing budgets, staffing levels and resources efficiently
• Promoting a positive, inclusive and resident-focused environment
• Building strong relationships with residents, families and external healthcare agencies
• Driving continuous improvement across clinical care, compliance and service delivery

About You To be successful in this Clinical Registered Manager role, you will:

• Be a qualified nurse with an active NMC PIN
• Hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, or equivalent
• Have previous experience in a management role within a nursing home
• Demonstrate strong clinical leadership, organisational and operational management skills
• Have a sound understanding of nursing home compliance, clinical governance and CQC requirements
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care
