CNC Machine Operator | Chorley, Lancashire | Full Time | 6:00 am–3:00 pm, Monday to Friday | £30,000–£36,000 DOE

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic CNC Machine Operator to join our busy, expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to grow within a dynamic company, working on exciting and varied projects where no two days are the same.

The Role

• Operate and maintain waterjet machinery
• Ensure work meets quality standards and engineering specifications
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Be flexible with overtime when required
• Take responsibility for producing precise, high-quality work consistently

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude
• Commitment to high standards of workmanship and quality control (ISO9001)

Desirable:

• Previous experience operating CNC Waterjet, CNC Laser, or PLASMA machines
• Counterbalance FLT licence
