CNC Miller - Permanent Position
Location: Park Farm Industrial Estate Wellingborough
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30

Salary: Starting at £36,504 per annum

Due to new contracts, we are seeking an experienced and motivated CNC Miller / Turner to join our client's growing precision engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that manufactures high-quality components for the aerospace, automotive, hydrogen, gas & oil, nuclear and food industries-and is now expanding into the F1 sector.

Role Responsibilities

You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines to meet daily production requirements, including:

• Programming Doosan CNC machines both online and offline
• Setting and operating the CNC Machines
• Using specific milling software such as CADCAM Hypermill or Edgecam
• Reading and interpreting technical/engineering drawings
• Working to tight tolerances technical specifications
• Performing quality checks on manufactured components

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience programming CNC machines (online & offline)
• Ability to program, set, and operate CNC milling machines
• Knowledge of Fanuc Controls and CADCAM Hypermill Edgecam or similiar
• Ability to operate 3, 4 and 5-axis machines
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexible and proactive attitude
