CNC Turner / Machinist (Programmer / Setter / Operator)

Manchester £17 - £21 per hour + Overtime + Progression

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be working hands-on in a fast-paced workshop, producing high-quality precision components.

• Setting and operating CNC lathes (FANUC controls)
• Programming (where your experience allows-and helping you grow further)
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Monitoring machining performance and making adjustments
• Ensuring parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards

Put simply: you'll be doing skilled, meaningful machining work-with room to grow.

What You Need



Must-Have:

• Experience setting & operating CNC machines (lathes preferred)
• Working knowledge of FANUC controls
• Ability to read engineering drawings confidently
• Experience with measuring equipment & tolerances

Bonus Points:

• CNC Programming experience
• Sliding Head machine experience
