£36,000 - £39,000 per annum

WORKING WEEK

40 hours, Monday to Friday

Mon-Thu 07:30-16:45 | Fri 07:30-12:30

The Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established precision engineering business in Rugby. Due to continued growth and investment in technology, our client is seeking a qualified and ambitious CNC Miller to join its manufacturing team.

The business specialises in high-value, technically demanding CNC milling and turning applications for customers across engineering, aerospace, automotive, oil and gas. It has a strong reputation for quality, reliability and customer service.

• Programme, set and operate CNC milling jobs.
• Work with MillPlus controls and G-code-based programmes.
• Carry out online programming and 4-axis milling.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Work independently, manage priorities and maintain consistently high standards.
• At least 10 years' experience in CNC milling.
• A strong CNC machine-tool background and a technically minded approach.
• Knowledge of Fanuc controls and MillPlus.
• Organised, efficient and confident working on your own initiative.
• Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Negotiable salary of £36,000 - £39,000, depending on experience.
• 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
• Overtime paid at time and one-third after 40 hours.
• Early finish every Friday.
