The Company

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established precision engineering and filtration manufacturer based in Segensworth, Hampshire. Operating within a highly regulated and quality-focused environment, they are looking for experienced CNC Turner Setter/Operators to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

• Setting and operating Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes to produce precision-engineered components
• Working to engineering drawings and specifications to tight tolerances
• Carrying out machine setups, tool changes, and in-process quality inspection
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping
• Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines

The Candidate

Essential:

• Proven track record in CNC lathe setting — this is a must
• Fanuc control experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable and able to work in a regulated manufacturing environment

Desirable:

• CNC programming capability on Fanuc controls
