Accounts Manager – Commercial Property Portfolio
Location: Leeds City Centre
Salary: £27,500 – £40,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time or part-time, minimum 3–4 days per week
Contract: Permanent

The RoleAn established firm of Chartered Surveyors is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial property client accounts.

The role will involve:

• Managing client accounts and financial records
• Raising invoices and collecting rent and service charges
• Processing supplier and client payments
• Paying monies to clients
• Preparing regular client reports
• Dealing with account queries and maintaining accurate records

About You

• Previous accounts experience is essential
• Property management accounts experience is advantageous
• Experience with MRI Qube or similar software is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Confident managing your own workload and client accounts
• Good communication skills

Full training on the property management systems will be provided where required.
