Job Description

JD Catering Equipment Solutions Ltd are looking for an experienced Commercial Catering Engineer to join our growing team.

This is a field-based role covering East Anglia, working on a wide range of commercial catering equipment across multiple customer sites.

Domestic Gas Engineers are encouraged to apply – if you hold CCN1 or CCLP1, we can support you in transitioning to COMCAT commercial qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and installation of commercial catering equipment
• Fault finding and repair of gas and electrical appliances
• Attending breakdowns and emergency call-outs
• Carrying out routine servicing and safety checks
• Ensuring all work complies with current regulations
• Completing job reports and documentation

Requirements

• COMCAT gas qualifications (essential) or willingness to upskill from domestic (CCN1 / CCLP1)
• Certified to work on Natural Gas (NAT) and LPG appliances
• Electrical fault-finding skills (preferred)
• Refrigeration / F-Gas qualification (advantageous)
• Previous experience in commercial catering equipment
• Full UK driving licence
