Commercial Director - Fit-out

Hybrid working - Travel required

£DoE + Bonus scheme

Commercial director required for growing fit-out contractor who work in the retail & F&B sectors both in the UK and Europe.

Within this company you will be working with well known high street brands deliver projects to a high standard. As commercial director you will ensure projects are costed, procured and delivered on budget and working closley with the project delivery teams to reduce errors and wastage. In this varied role you will owrk closely with Client partners, site based teams, manage both pre-con and delivery commercial staff and ensure the client is happy and retain further business.

The ideal canddiate will:

- Have expereince of rmanaging a commercial team

- Hiring suitable staff to grow their team.

- Responsible for the P+L of each project 

- Delegating tasks to their team

- Be well articulated - Additional European language highly advantageous.

- Be able to introduce suitable contractors/ sub-contractors for contracts.

This role has the ability to grow a team that can deliver fast paced projects allowing opportunity for travel accross the UK and Europe.
