Commercial Director

Location – Prudhoe (Onsite)

A long-established, multi-service organisation is seeking a Commercial Director to lead commercial performance across several divisions, strengthen client relationships, and drive continued growth. This senior role combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

• Integrate quickly into the team and organisational culture
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Lead commercial strategy, pricing, margin review, and cost control
• Review and approve tenders prior to submission
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities
• Drive cross-selling across multiple service lines
• Support marketing activity, including social media and web presence
• Contribute to board-level discussions and strategic planning
• Coach, mentor, and develop managers into effective leaders
• Produce and present commercial and performance reports
• Monitor supplier, client, and subcontractor performance
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through networks, digital channels, and referrals

• Background in construction, new build housing, flooring, interiors, or cleaning services desirable
