Commercial Manager - DATA Centre 
Berlin, Germany
Contract | October / November Start

We're recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a major engineering project based in Berlin.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile international project with a well-established engineering contractor.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of a large-scale engineering project.
• Managing contracts, variations and change control.
• Cost reporting, forecasting and commercial risk management.
• Managing subcontractor accounts and final accounts.
• Working closely with project and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Commercial Manager within M&E, construction or engineering.
• Strong contractual and commercial knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience on major projects such as Data Centres, Industrial, Infrastructure or similar is desirable.
• Able to work in Berlin from October/November.
