Based from the Dublin office handling Civil Engineering & Infrastructure packages / projects worth €10-60 Million. 

This group negotiates high volumes of work across Energy, Transportation and the Technology Sector in both Ireland and Europe. Group has 20 Years success across UK & Europe but the focus for this role is IRELAND.

Are you a Managing Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager looking to STEP away from the Major PLC Main Contractor. Do you feel lost as a Number and is now about career progression, rewards for your success and getting to be part of something that's exciting ?

At present this area turns over circa €50 Million but the long term business plan is to double this over the next 5 Years. The business are cash rich and can be selective over clients and terms they agree to. This is not about turnover but PROFIT.

You will show good commercial acumen, contractual awareness  and a sharpness to succeed. 

Does your career history show a strength and knowledge within NEC contracts?

What we need to see :

• Strong communication and management skills 
• Solid quantity surveying degree from a reputable university  
• A desire to be chartered (SCS)
• Strong Main or Sub-contracting background in the Irish Construction market

Responsibilities range from:

• Prepare monthly and final valuations
• Provide necessary information to manage forecast /cashflow 
• Place sub-contract orders 
• Review contracts and highlight risks 
• Manage payments and final accounts 
• Motivate, drive and mentor your commercial team
