A leading specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in groundwork packages to join a growing team on major projects in the Brent Cross area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute professional who has proven experience managing the financial and contractual aspects of complex civils and groundwork schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing commercial performance across multiple projects
• Managing valuations, variations, subcontractor accounts, and final accounts
• Supporting operational teams to maximise profitability and minimise risk
• Contract administration and cost reporting
• Managing and mentoring commercial staff where required
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and senior management teams

Requirements

• Strong commercial management experience within groundworks/civils
• Proven track record delivering groundwork packages on large-scale projects
• Excellent contractual and financial management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Relevant commercial or construction qualification preferred
