Commercial Manager

Fantastic opportunity to join a successful global, leading technology company which provides OSS software which enables telecommunication service providers to manage multi-vendor, multi-domain networks.

Partnering with the EMEA sales leadership team and cross functional stakeholders across the business, you will be client facing. You will be responsible for facilitating effective deal structuring (including negotiation through to successful closure).

Your role contributes to operational excellence by aligning commercial activities with company policies, processes, and financial requirements.

You will:

• Be the regional commercial SME for policies and standard operational processes for your product group.
• Respond to RFPs and supplier questionnaires for new and existing customers.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure compliance with contractual terms and governance requirements.
• Work closely with accounting and revenue recognition teams to address deal construct considerations and revenue forecasting requirements.
• Drive profitable pricing strategies and promote accuracy of deal structures to support company financial metrics.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to develop commercial and pricing strategies that facilitate deal closure.
• Review contracts for commercial and financial implications and provide feedback to Legal and senior leadership.

You need:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or another applicable major preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant business experience; finance, accounting, and contractual experience strongly preferred.
• Contract negotiation experience within the software (SAAS) or telecommunications industry.
• Excellent business partnership, communication, and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail.

• Spanish.
• Background in Networking technologies, solutions, products, and strategies.
• Experience adapting to changing business strategies, policies, and processes.

This is a fully hybrid role, but if you have a preference for in person, this can be acomodated in both Belfast and London.

Initially this is a 4 month contract, but could potentially be a contract to permanent situation for the right person.
