About the role of Commercial Manager

As Commercial Manager, you will be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor who operate across Europe with a London office based in the City. They deliver major building, infrastructure, rail, highways and commercial developments with a turnover of over £1bn.

You will be supporting the commercial team on a large commercial development in Central London. You will join their building team to perform commercial management duties on commercial developments with values of £100m - £300m.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Commercial Manager

Include but not limited to;

• Lead change management in line with project strategy
• Work collaboratively with designers, supply chain, and key stakeholders
• Integrate cost plans
• Administer the head contract
• Ensure project scope, contractual notices, terms and conditions are clearly understood and effectively managed

Key Requirements of Commercial Manager

• Live within commutable distance to Central London
• Previous experience operating at Commercial Manager level
• JCT contract experience
• Degree qualified in a construction related subject
• Contributed at senior level within commercial or project leadership teams
• Strong knowledge of contract and commercial law
