Oversee project financial performance, ensuring profitability, cashflow and commercial objectives are achieved.
Manage and review Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), forecasts, work in progress (WIP) and commercial reporting.

Manage NEC contracts and other relevant forms of contract, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
Oversee variations, compensation events, early warnings, change control and commercial notices.
Manage subcontractor procurement, commercial agreements, valuations and final accounts.
Review and challenge project costs, budgets, cashflow and financial forecasts.
Work closely with Project Managers and operational teams to support effective project delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
Support tender reviews, pricing activities and pre-construction commercial assessments.
Provide commercial guidance and support to Quantity Surveyors and other members of the commercial team.
Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes, reporting and contract management.
