Job Description:

We are looking for a warm, confident and organised Self-Employed Telesales Executive to join a growing UK business specialising in home adaptations and accessibility solutions.

The role is home-based and offers flexibility around when you work, making it well suited to an experienced telesales or appointment-setting professional who is comfortable managing their own time and working independently.

Their customers are often older people, people living with disabilities, or family members supporting someone with changing mobility needs. Many are considering a significant investment in their home, so the ability to listen carefully, build trust and communicate sensitively is essential.

The Role

You will be responsible for converting incoming enquiries into qualified appointments for the field sales team.

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.

• Build rapport with customers and understand their individual circumstances and requirements.

• Identify the customer's needs and what they are hoping to achieve.

• Answer general questions about products, services and the appointment process.

• Provide a friendly and reassuring first point of contact.

We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people and is confident having commercially focused conversations over the telephone.

Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, lead generation or inbound customer service

• A clear, friendly and professional telephone manner.

• Excellent listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Confidence discussing prices and budgets in a tactful and non-pressurised way.

• Patience and empathy when speaking with older customers or people with additional needs.

• Confidence using CRM systems, email and online calendars.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.

• A quiet and reliable home-working environment with a good internet connection.

This is a remote role based on commission only. You will earn £25 Fee per qualified appointment booked, plus 0.5% of sale value bonus per appointment that converts to a sale. Average sale value is £12k
