Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care for a female client with complex needs.

Due to the nature of the role, which includes providing personal and intimate care, this position is open to female applicants only. This is in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1, relating to genuine occupational requirements.

The service user has complex care needs, and experience in tourettes, OCD, autism would be ideal. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in their care, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while developing valuable skills in Complex Care and more.

You will be working on a full-time rota which will be given to you 3 months in advance, and you will be paid weekly. There are working days and night available.
