Construction Manager – Infrastructure & Groundworks

Brentwood, Essex

£50,000 - £60,000 + Package

A major UK master developer is looking to appoint a Construction Manager to oversee infrastructure delivery on one of the South East's largest residential developments.

This is a client-side position, focused on contractor management rather than direct delivery.

You'll work closely with design, commercial and delivery teams to ensure infrastructure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required standards.

The Role

• Overseeing roads, drainage and utility packages
• Coordinating infrastructure contractors
• Monitoring programme and quality
• Reviewing drawings and technical submissions
• Working alongside consultants and stakeholders
• Supporting handovers and adoptions
• Managing defects and site logistics

The Candidate

You may currently be working as:

• Construction Manager
• Site Manager
• Civil Engineering Manager
• General Foreman
• Senior Engineer
• Infrastructure Manager
• Project Engineer

Experience within groundworks, highways, utilities and infrastructure projects is essential.

Housebuilding backgrounds without infrastructure experience are unlikely to be suitable.
