Job Description:

As the Construction Manager you will be managing, motivating and driving a team of Site Agent and Site Engineers executing a range of Structures, Earthworks, Surfacing, Utilities and Highways.

This client is after a Senior Site Agent / Deputy Project Manager to report into the Project Director but drive the teams on site across Jamaica.

This means early mornings, plenty of meetings, supervising pours and driving excellence within the team.

Role 

Working alongside the Project Director acting as the primary driving for PRODUCTION & Operations across multiple projects. As a key leader in the SLT you will be the go to point of contact for operations.

Technical experience that will NEED to be clear on the CV:

• Long-span bridges, reinforced and prestressed concrete structures
• Foundations and piling
• Managing direct labour & sub-contractors 
• Major project experience managing teams of 40 + staff

What our client is seeking

• Permanent Employment Background having worked for Civil Engineering Main Contractors on relevant Bridges & Infrastructure schemes
• Prior Joint Venture experience - understanding stakeholder management and project politics 
• Major Project experience £100 Million 

Process 

• You will Share a Word Formatted CV with clear employment dates, positions and project information such as forms of contracts, clients, scopes and values.
• Looking to relocate before the 1st of September 2026
• Researched the degree / certificates attestation process for Jamaica 
• Looked at local TAXATION system
• Able to provide references when called upon that NSR Associates can speak to
