Construction Manager – High-Rise Development

Location: Canary Wharf, London
Contract: Freelance – 18 Months
Rate: £375 per day

The Opportunity

A leading Tier One Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Construction Manager to join the team on a major high-rise residential development in Canary Wharf.

This is an excellent opportunity to oversee façade and external fit-out packages on a prestigious London project.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily site operations and subcontractors.
• Overseeing façade and internal fit-out packages.
• Ensuring works meet programme, quality and safety standards.
• Coordinating site teams and resolving construction issues.
• Monitoring progress and maintaining quality control.

Requirements

• Proven Construction Manager experience with a Tier One or Tier Two Main Contractor.
• Experience on high-rise residential or commercial projects.
• Strong façade and fit-out package experience.
• SMSTS and CSCS essential.
• Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills.
