Contract Manager | Large Mix Use Contract - Liverpool Street | £67,040 | Monday-Friday

Alice Rose Recruitment is working with a leading Building Services provider to recruit a Contract Manager responsible for high-profile mix use site located in Liverpool Street.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager, Technical Services Manager or Senior Site Manager looking to join a well-established business where you'll have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio, build strong client relationships and lead the delivery of high-quality building services maintenance.

• £62,000 Basic Salary

• £5040 Car Allowqnce 

• Monday-Friday (08:00-17:00)

The Role

You'll take full responsibility for the operational and technical performance of both sites, ensuring excellent service delivery, statutory compliance and client satisfaction while leading the on-site engineering teams and specialist subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the mix use contract

• Lead and support the on-site engineering teams

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Manage specialist subcontractors and service partners

• Ensure PPM and reactive maintenance is delivered to a high standard

• Oversee statutory compliance, health & safety and building documentation

• Review RAMS and manage Permit to Work procedures

• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and overall contract performance

• Manage contract budgets and identify opportunities for improvement

• Produce client reports and attend regular review meetings

• Support engineers with technical guidance and operational planning

• Drive continuous improvement across both contracts

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Contract Manager, Technical Services Manager or Engineering Manager

• Strong commercial building services maintenance background

• Experience managing commercial maintenance contracts

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical building services plant

• Experience managing subcontractors and client relationships

• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and health & safety

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills

• Electrical or Mechanical qualifications are advantageous
