Position: Contract Manager

Location: London (Hybrid working)

Duration: Permanent

Salary: Up to £65,000 subject to experience level, plus car allowance, expenses and bonus

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager for a full time, permanent position covering commercial M&E Service Contracts throughout London.

This Contract Manager will be managing a team of M&E Service Engineers that are mobile, foot mobile and static. They will include air conditioning, commercial heating, electrical and multi skilled engineers.

The right person for this position will already have a strong background as a Contract Manager within Facilities Maintenance. They need to have experience running service contracts (hard fm) with a value of approx. £2 Million. This is a very client focused position, ensuring that compliance is met as well as service level agreements. We need to Contract Manager to be experienced in creating small tenders if required and to manage hr for their own team

This is a hybrid position, with most of the sites being in central London. However, we do need this Contact Manager to hold a full UK driving licence

Requirements

• Strong background in Facilities Maintenance
• Minimum of 5 years Management experience
• Run service contracts (M&E) with a value of over £1 million
• Full UK driving licence
• Happy to be in London 50% of the week
• Strong health and safety knowledge
• Must come from a technical background
